Started add some small details to the model, starting to take shape now, i hope later after work i should have this textured and hopefully tested in real time! We shall see! Heres a couple more screens, unrendered of course.

More forest development.
I have been concentrating on an area that has suffered with alot of overgrowth. I had this in mind with the imaginative intent of an excellnt hiding area, ive tryed to capture the darkness the trees cause in real life. Im quite happy with it but im sure a little tweek now and then will be necessary.

Sniper rifle progress
From scene to weapon design
Had break from scene design and started playing with designing some weapons, first being a sniper rifle as its my favorite weapon.
Currently 630 tri's. Keeping the model geometry to a low and will make use of textures / bump maps.
I hopefully will have this finished sometime today.

More development of forest scene 1
Morning all. I have made some more development on the first forest scene for Conflict. It really looks somthing when "in-game" as every grass blade,leaf and plant is moving in the wind in real-time aswell as their dynamic shadows.
I will post some videos shortly as stills just do not justify the "life" of the forest.

Conflict Forest Scene WIP
First blog post!
Hi all, well after much research and work into outdoor textures, scenes, objects ETC i decided to design a mock up scene to check development was moving in the right direction and was very happy with the results.
Here is the first screenshot of conflit WIP.
Please comment with your thoughts. Conflict will be an outdoor enviroment and mostly in the wilderness of woodlands.
